East central Massachusetts, bordered by Stow on the west and southwest, Acton on the north, Concord on the northeast, and Sudbury on the east and southeast. Maynard is located 20 miles south of Lowell, 22 miles northwest of Boston, 28 miles northeast of Worcester, and 198 miles from New York City.
